Mustafa Uslu the producer of the hit movie "Ayla" is working on a new movie called "Istanbul Gaymak Turkish Ice Cream", the true story about a camel herder and and an ice cream maker that determined the fate of the Gallipoli War. Uslu wants Kivanc Tatlitug to play the role of Kemal Ataturk, the heroic revolutionary leader of the Turks. The film will tell the story of two heroes who succeeded in keeping the Anza trains to at bay in Australia for 56 hours. In this way they helped Turkish troops gain time by ensuring that Anzac troops arrived at Canakkale 2 days late. Like "Ayla", this is a true story ... The film which was sold to Fox, will be directed by Ayla's director Can Ulkay. Even the hint of this rumor set Twitter afire, so much so that Australian born actor Russell Crowe responded by saying, "Kivanc!!! Very good actor."
The Turkish actor has not yet received definite confirmation, but said "It is a great honor for me to play Atatürk". The creators of the story envisioned Kivanc as Atatürk. "He was blonde. And his blue eyes are lighter flint "... We totally agree!
